Lin is a translator and singer. She has always been exposed to yoga thanks to her mother, and apart from yoga, she was also attracted by the music she was using during practice. However, Lin's personal journey began much later, when she suffered from a serious disease and difficult relationship. She began to combine her love of music with yoga, which triggered her own journey to recovery. Lin blends vinyasa style of yoga with her passion for music, which makes her classes unique and inspiring. Currently, she is releasing her first album Chillin’ under the project Linnexion (label Supraphone).
Her spirit brings to her challenging yoga classes a playful touch. Lin's classes are both great place to start and to continue challenging yourself.

Trained in gymnastics, Nadia began practicing yoga out of curiosity in her twenties and she has continued ever since. She is blending her scientific background and love of research with practice of yoga.
If you prefer slower, but equally challenging and effective flow based motion, this class is for you. Nadia’s Hatha and Yin Yoga classes focus on restoring balance, releasing tension and cultivating inner energy; you will feel relaxed and empowered. Nadia's warm and kind teaching style helps others to find their own path; you will always learn new, interesting things about medical science & yoga, natural and other events.
Nadia hold MSc. and PhD., degree in Natural Sciences, has a background as a teacher and researcher (Charles University, Prague, MSc., PhD.,) and a career in the corporate world (research and development).
