Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) - Balance your hormones, balance your life
Hormone Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach that targets endocrine and nervous system. It is unique and effective yoga practice which significantly balances hormone levels naturally, becoming aware and responsive to the changing needs of our body throughout our life’s cycles.
Increases the well-being of all women, but especially when dealing with any hormonal imbalances (e.g. PMS, fibroids, infertility, polycystic ovaries, peri/ menopause, endometriosis)
Based on Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Hormone Yoga Therapy is a dynamic type of yoga including powerful breathing techniques, calming and relaxing exercises and the Tibetan energy techniques (visualization and circulation the energy)
Accessible to women of all ages and absolute beginners. HYT is taught as a two half days workshop. You will learn a unique yoga sequence that you will be able to practice regularly, at home, in 30 minutes.
YYY - Yin & Yang Yoga Project
YYY project is a relatively new concept that combines demanding Vinyasa style of yoga (Yang) focused mainly on muscles with a softer and slower, but equally challenging Yin Yoga practice (meditative, respecting everybody’s unique anatomy, going deeper into the connective tissues, joints and bones). Both styles of yoga are complementary and necessary to balance our bodies on many levels.
