Gentle flow based Hatha Yoga links a regular Hatha yoga postures into a sequence of movements that flow with the breath. The focus is on endocrine glands (which control essential bodily functions such as reactions to stress, metabolism and others) and chakras (body's energy centers), opening the doors to an internal experience and restoring balance at many levels.
Yin yoga is a perfect complement to our hectic lives and yang styles of yoga. It is a meditative and introspective practice that offers us to turn inward, surrender and let go. Yin yoga has a profound physical, energetic and emotional effects; it works on the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, bones and joints. In the practice of yin yoga, we also work with the meridians, which are energy channels that run throughout our body, to keep energy moving and balanced. In yin yoga we hold a posture for a few minutes (target area is facia ligaments, bones and joints).
Vinyasa yoga style is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga, focused on alignment, linking poses in the flow like movement synchronised with breath. It has been building strength, core, flexibility, balance, challenging the muscles and the mind. Music will be guiding you through the flow.
HORMONE YOGA THERAPY (HYT)
Hormone yoga therapy is a holistic approach that targets endocrine and nervous system. It is unique and effective yoga practice which significantly balances hormone levels in women naturally.
